When can I expect my order to arrive?
It is dependent on the item that has been ordered. We ship the majority of our merchandise straight from our local suppliers and from all over the world in order to provide you with the best possible quality and price. The majority of things will be delivered within 3-5 working days, but please allow 7-15 working days for delivery in exceptional circumstances. Not to worry if it doesn’t appear right away; it is on its way.
I’ve just completed a purchase. When will it be delivered?
You should expect your item to be made and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of placing it. The tracking information for your order will be updated within 1-3 business days after it has been SHIPPED.
What is the best way to track my order?
We included tracking information in the shipping confirmation email that we sent you, so you can check to see whether it was included with your order. By entering your tracking number in the order information section, you will be able to see an expected delivery date for your item.
I placed an order for two or more things, but only one was delivered. Where has my order gone?
We provide a wide range of products that are not kept in stock in our facility. If you order more than one item at a time, you may be able to have them delivered separately so that you can receive them more quickly. It is possible that certain things will arrive before others. We are on our way to pick up your products, so please do not be concerned if you do not receive them all right once.
It is possible to return an order if you are dissatisfied with it. What happens if there is a problem?
If a product is found to be defective or damaged, we will refund your money in full, no questions asked. We will reimburse your money in full if you return the item within 30 days of receiving it. You are responsible for shipping it back to us at your expense. Once we have received and inspected the merchandise, we will issue a complete refund for the amount of the original transaction. Please include your name and order number on the outside of the returned packages. Remember that if your package is on its way, you will have to wait for it to arrive and then return it before you can receive a refund.
Is it possible to cancel my order?
You have the option to cancel your order without incurring any fees! You must cancel your order prior to it being shipped out. If the item has already been shipped, please return it to us using our simple return procedure to receive a full refund.
I made a clerical error and typed the wrong address. What should I do at this point?
If you have made a mistake with your spelling or auto-filled an erroneous address, please reply to your order confirmation email and make the necessary corrections. Please notify us if the address you gave is incorrect after you have double-checked your entry. If the provided address is incorrect, we will make every effort to fix it within 24 hours of receiving it. After 24 hours have passed since the incorrect submission, there will be no refund.

Absolutely! We will be more than pleased to serve you in any way we are capable of. It is true that we receive a great volume of emails. If you want to receive a timely answer, please include your order number as well as a detailed description of the problem.
